DOULA
As a certified doula, I support women before, during and after birth.
Giving birth is not just a physical process; your whole mind is involved.
I will accompany you, whether you want to give birth to your child in a hospital, a birthing center or at home.
As a doula, I am not a medical professional; I do not work shifts and I don't have time off during the birth of your child. I speak German and English.
HOW DO I SUPPORT YOU
Get to know each other
Let's find out if we're a good fit and if you can imagine me accompanying you as your doula during the birth of your baby.
Duration approx. 60 min, cost €50.00 net.
First meeting
You have chosen me to accompany you as your doula.
We'll talk about your ideas, wishes, and thoughts regarding your birth.
Where would you like to give birth and who should accompany you? All these things can be discussed in this initial consultation.
Our initial consultation will last approximately 90 minutes; you can choose the location.
Second meeting
Our second consultation also lasts approximately 90 minutes and can take place at your home. This offers the opportunity for relaxation exercises, etc., if you wish. We can also discuss your thoughts and concerns about the birth more detailed. You can ask me any questions and share any worries you may have.
On-call duty
I will be exclusively available to you for the 10 days before and after the calculated due date.
During this time, you can reliably reach me around the clock.
Follow-up
Our follow-up meeting takes place approximately 2-4 weeks after birth and lasts about 90 minutes.
I will visit you at home so that you and your baby don't have to leave. This will be a time to talk about the birth. Are there any further questions? How did you experience the birth? Is there a need for additional support, such as a postpartum doula?
COST
The total cost for my birth support is €970.00 and will be offset against the cost of the first meeting.
